Founders

The trust is named in honor of the founder of the ICTC Group of Companies, Mr. Ram Lal Shrestha and his spouse Late Mrs. Rukmani Devi Shrestha.

Mr. Ram Lal Shrestha successfully led and steered the company from a small stationery shop to what it now stands today as one of the largest business houses in Nepal.

Our Story

The ICTC Ram Rukmani Charitable Private Trust (IRRT) was founded in 2020 to continue the ICTC Group’s long-standing legacy of giving. Inspired by the compassion of its founders, the Trust transforms decades of personal philanthropy by the Shrestha family into a sustained movement for social good.

Focused on uplifting the underprivileged, IRRT supports education, healthcare, sanitation, disaster relief, and small entrepreneurs while promoting culture and sustainable development — carrying forward a legacy of compassion and responsibility toward a better Nepal.

Trustees

As a registered charity company, IRRT is governed by a Board of Trustees.

Our Trustees are all dedicated individuals who freely volunteer their time, expertise and skills to ensure IRRT is the best it can be.

Future Third Generation Trustees

Third Generation Members are enthusiastic about engaging in philanthropy, seeking to make a meaningful impact in their communities, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative strategies to the trust. They are motivated to contribute meaningfully to their communities and address pressing societal issues. Their increasing participation in charitable activities would be visibly such as volunteering and mentoring, rather than just financial contributions.

Our Trustees are all dedicated individuals who freely volunteer their time, expertise and skills to ensure IRRT is the best it can be.
